This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Flavie Azahsoh (aka BABY)  who was born in Cameroon on April 23, 1988 and passed away on November 26, 2017. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Flavie (aka BABY) was born in Bamenda Cameroon by her parents Mr & Mrs Winifred Dieupe. She was raised by her loving grand parents Mr. and Mrs Christopher and Regina Musongong.  Flavie Azahsoh was born with Sickle-Cell disease. From the time she became 6 months of age till her time of death, she battled several pain crisis and all the symptoms that Sickle Cell disease brings. Her grand parents did everything in their powers to love her and care for her. In her late teens, after completing high school, Flavie moved to live with her mother (Late Mrs Winnie Dieupe) in Douala were she learned how to do business. She managed a clothing store and also manufactured body cream and sold to many of her clients in Cameroon and around the world.

In 2015, Flavie married the love of her life, Mr Francis Tchakounte and together they had two beautiful daughters, Princess and Winnie. She also helped raise her nephew Scott who was like her son. Flavie loved her husband and her children soo much. She took care of her 3 children until her sudden demise on November 26th 2017.

Flavie was preceded in death by her beloved parents Mr and Mrs Winifred Dieupe. She is survived by her 3 children, her husband Francis, her brother Yanick Dieupe, her maternal grand parents (Mr and Mrs Christopher and Regina Musongong), her uncleS Dr. Luke Musongong (Mercy), Mr Gilbert Tizhi(Bih-I) etc. She also survived by many aunties in the United States where like mothers to her, many cousins, nieceses and nephews.

The year 2017 was the worst year for Flavie. She was in and out of the hospital and with alot of pain. Her family miss her soo much. Her husband, children and entire family miss her soo much but we know she is pain free. Flavie believed in the resurrection hope at John 5:28,29 and she knew that if she fall asleep in death, Jehovah God will one day bring her back to life just like Jesus Christ brought his best friend Lazarus back from the dead.

We await the day when we will meet again. Until then, we will keep the great memories of Flavie in our mind and hearts. We love you Flavie Azahsoh Tchakoute

A dieu BABY
